Havent received what I purchased

After ordering an item on November 14th 2021, I have yet to receive it, in spite of having paid 7,99€ for DHL Premium Pack Zone 2, so I cannot rate the item itself. The package now waits at the Post of Slovenia to be picked up, after it wasnt delivered and after I wasnt even notified of the package, having had to track it down myself. I paid for DHL, I received PoS.When I notified Paperguru of the issue, I was emailed copy-pasted info from Tracking URL. I advise against purchase with the DHL premium package.
